I'm currently trying to decide what colour and style suit I'm going to wear when I get married. These are some of the options for now.

Not only was my golf game poor this weekend I was also the kiss of death when it comes to footy tips. 0/4 is bad. The quality of the games (except for 1) was also poor.

It's back to the drawing board deciding who to bandwagon support in the finals now. I like the Giants and Brisbane. I don't really like anyone else.

Another Crab's Treasure is a bad game of the Switch. The game could be good from a mechanics perspective but the performance and lag for me made the game unplayable. I should have read this Reddit post earlier.

For now I'm going to restart a new farm in Stardew Valley to kill time until Echoes of Wisdom comes out.

I had a bit of a shocker of a round yesterday.

It was the monthly medal competition so the course was playing as hard as it can from a distance and pin position perspective.

I could not hit driver straight which basically put me in bad positions on most holes.

I could also not buy a putt.

Some thoughts:

• I need to do more 50% driver practise shots during the week, maybe try to average 100 per week
• These should be going straight or have slight fade to them
• Use this shot as my stock driver swing where getting in play is more important than length
• Important to grip the club as usual, don't mess with my grip at all with driver
• At the range make sure my long irons are not too hooky, it should be a soft draw or straight shot shape

This game seems like a straight up clone of Stardew Valley but I'm here for it!

Currently in early access and only available on PC via Steam but hoping when the 1.0 release comes out it's also on the Switch. Surely that would be the case especially if the Switch 2 is out.

Port Adelaide vs Geelong

I get the feeling Port could beat the Cats by a lot here. I just don't rate Geelong that highly. Jezza will need to have a big one for the Cats to get close.

Prediction: Port by 30

Western Bulldogs vs Hawthorn

This is the game of the round and I'm so hyped for it. We'll be watching from a pub. I rate the Dogs and I hope they win this. I think Hawthorn will be the classic case of need a loss in a final to improve. They will eventually be a great team.

Prediction: Dogs by 6

Sydney vs GWS

Not sure on this one. Which Sydney shows up? Will they show up for a first quarter? Is Grundy going to play like he was at the start of the year? It could be a boil over.

Prediction: GWS by 15

Brisbane vs Carlton

Also no idea here. Carlton are getting a lot of players back but they're underdone. Brisbane can't kick straight. Don't write the Blues off.

Prediction: Carlton by 8
