This is my refreshed shed golf setup.
I bought this net from Haverford for $94 and it's been great.
Jake helped me hang it up.
Nothing beats going down to the range and hitting balls but it's a fun little backup.

Not sure exactly when I last did a garden update but this is where it's at right now.
Garlic is growing strong. I put some mulch into the garden bed and pulled out all the weeds this week.
Onion I think is just starting to sprout. Some of this growth is weed but I'm confident some of it is onion starting to pop through.
My strawberries still seem healthy. I wonder if it'll grow next summer.
My pansy's looked pretty rough a couple of weeks ago but they seemed to have bounced back recently. There's a few flowers blooming!
I was super happy with my Stableford round yesterday. I was 40
Stableford points and came equal 2nd in the daily competition.
I was officially 84 strokes with 1 pickup. If I give myself an 8 for the pickup (on a par 4) I'd be 92 unofficially. Anything under 95 for me is a good day.
A couple of long-ish putts sank which is often how you can get these big Stableford scores; but I did the fundamentals well:
If I keep this form up hopefully my handicap can come down a bit!
There are some seriously hot takes in here.
I'm 100% a proponent of the idea that you need both server driven and local first solutions for most applications. A good balance is what works best.
Learnt a couple of things at the range today:
I've been doing a bunch of work in Datadog over the past few months.
There's very many performance issues internally and I've needed to delve deep into logs, metrics and traces.
This simple filter in logs explorer has been super useful to get more data on a user session.

It provides logs for both the frontend and backend of our native app which makes debugging issues so much easier.
I've progressed more through Hollow Knight this week and I've come to really appreciate the charms and spells aspect to the game.
I particularly enjoyed getting the vengeful spirit spell yesterday where you had to get past a mini-boss to finally get the spell upgrade. A really well done aspect to what is already an awesome game.
Boots breeder is having another litter of pups. This is the ad they have on DogzOnline.
There's some things we can learn from this description.
I live in a rural environment on 30 acres in Central Gippsland, Vic and keep rare breeds of sheep and poultry. My dogs have the important task of keeping the foxes away. The dogs each have a large paddock to run in and make full use of it. No doormats here!
Maybe Boots is so possum orientated at night because his mum and dad had to protect the farm from foxes.
So me and Emma are the rare sheep and poultry and the possums are the foxes.
My dogs all have very gentle natures and are excellent with the Grandkids. I do not tolerate any aggression.
Boots has so far shown a good temperament. He's only had one naughty act towards a smaller dog.
My dogs excel at obedience training. My pups would be ideal candidates for any dog sport chosen.
He is pretty damn good at obedience class with limited training.
