I'm thinking of trying to build my own golf mat to hit golf balls off in the shed. I watched this video and it seems possible to do. These were the things I'll need:
- Turf offcuts from a synthetic turf supplier, maybe these guys have some, have reached out to a few different businesses to enquire
- Rubber mat, something like this
- Liquid nails, this is probably fine
- Rope to hang tarp off
- Tarp or a sheet to hit ball into
There's also this mat from Bunnings which might be worth just getting considering it's $116 plus delivery.
