As I mentioned earlier in the week YouTube has been showing a modal before watching videos bascially saying I can't use an ad blocker on their site.
This reached a head today where I had to allow ads on YouTube to even watch a single video.
I tried white listing all ads on YouTube (via 1Blocker) however videos still couldn't be played.
I'm now going to use Arc as my YouTube watching browser. I'm using uBlock Origin but videos still seem to work so maybe the issue is to do with not using a Chromium browser.
Using Arc has reminded me of how nice it is with the picture in picture functionality. I should really use it more.
I do still really love Safari. It's a fantastically simple browser that works really well for general internet browsing.
