The way Arc handles picture in picture is excellent.
When I'm on a YouTube video I often switch tabs.
In Chrome nothing happens. You can hear the sound of the video but you can't see it.
In Arc I get this really nice picture and picture view that I can move with my mouse, pause/play and skip in 15 sec increments. I can also click "Back to tab" to easily go back to my video.
Super cool feature!
