Learnt a couple of things playing yesterday.
When I was hitting a cut with driver I was in play way more.
Hit a couple of smaller hooks on 1 and 3 but from then on I hit driver pure.
Shanked a couple of irons. Need to keep working on tempo with approach shots.
With irons there's times to hit different shot shapes. Sometimes hitting a draw/hook is good especially when I need distance. If there's danger on the left (water) then don't hit a drawer. Also when you try to hit a draw rotate club face at impact and usually the shot shape is good. This is critical on par 3s.
If I had of sunk all of my easy putts yesterday I probably would have been under 100.
