To hit a draw:
- Feeling like I'm going down early in the back swing is good
- Turning the hips is good
I think the final piece of the puzzle is club face.
When I hit more down in the backswing and drop the arms the club face is pointing more right. When it's too far right I'm not getting the right distance and just hitting the ball straight right.
What I should try is in my left hand on the downswing slightly turn the face left. It's okay to manipulate the face in fact it's something that's important to do.
This should lead to the club face still pointing slightly right for a push draw but make the ball actually spin back to the left.
