Steps to finish off blog.

  1. Bring across all text files from transmit
  2. Fix subheadings (should be bold normal text)
  3. Add frontmatter
  4. File modification dates
  5. Create RSS
  6. Fix up shell script
  7. Clean up unused code and merge into master
  8. Deploy
