After a lot of trial and error I'm going to give Day One a crack to be my permanent solution for storing photos alongside captions. I considered going back to Apple Photos but it was janky with so many photos. Digital photos are meant to be somewhat disposable. So I'll keep my best images from a given day and talk about them in a journal entry.
