I do wonder how long standard non tech folks wait to update their apps and OS's. It's a good thing to be more conscious of.

This brings back some core memories from 2010-2011 era me.

This was basically what I did commuting to school.

A random short story.

I was driving along Rowans Road in Moorabbin and was at an L turn.

I saw out of the corner of my eye a kid who seemed to be up to no good.

As I went through the L turn the kid came towards the road and threw sauce (seemingly chilli sauce) all over the side of my car.

I had a little freak out as initially I had no idea what this kid had done. I thought they'd thrown something corrosive on my car and it was ruined.

It was just so random.

Luckily the sauce easily came off with a quick car clean.

Emma had a really good idea the other day about how Patterson River Golf Club could modernise itself.

The crux of the idea is as follows:

• Involve more women in the club, especially younger women
• Do this by renovating the club house and have a pilates / yoga studio
• The club house should also serve amazing coffee and sandwiches throughout the day
• Make it a place where people come, meet and spend time together
• Have membership packages for couples, 2 people get 7 day access to the course as well as pilates/yoga

I thought the whole idea was really clever! But it's unlikely we'll see changes anytime soon.

Boots has a new nickname. Polly.

He was running at the primary school and went into the playground. He found multiple crackers (probably dropped by some kid) and ate them all.

He was called to come and did not.

What an awesome experience playing Tunic was.

As I went deeper into the game strategy against the bosses became more and more important.

I really had to think of:

• What weapons to use
• The movement patterns for when I can counter attack
• Preserving stamina and potions
• Collecting coins so I could buy the right equipment for the boss fights

The ending boss fight was satisfying and the progression in difficulty was tough but fair. I wish I had the skills to make games like this as I really enjoy them.
