Stickers#bsky.app

This is a beautiful Apple ad from back in the day. I would have still had my first ever Mac at this point in time: the MacBook Air.

A Complete Unknown#tiktok.com

This looks like an awesome music movie. Keen for it.

Goodger and Fisher’s hirings weren’t secret — both keep up-to-date profiles on LinkedIn — and it’s not safe to assume that just because two people have previously created new web browsers that their new gig is creating a new web browser. But it sure feels like a good guess.

Very curious.

Garden Update November 2024

Plenty of change has occurred to the garden over the past month. Photos were all taken last week.

Orange tree: in okay condition, some of the leaves are not in great shape and look a bit burnt, or have been eaten by bugs

Lime tree: doing good, still just very short

Strawberries: thriving, I'm getting new strawberries almost every day

Cucumber: still very young, seems healthy enough

Petunia: seems solid right now, hopefully makes it though the summer heat

Eggplant: was in not great shape last week but has bounced back really well this week with the rain

Asian greens: it looks small here but it has grown like crazy this week with the rain and humidity

Tomatoes: thriving, tomatoes just grow so easily and basically don't need care

Plum tree: has some burnt leaves which I'm a bit worried about, hopefully it lasts through the summer

This is cool. It's also apparently conceived by Kevin Parker. The art direction of the website and the promotional video is very Tame Impala.

Bucket List Hikes

Even though it was a short hike on the weekend its reminded me of my appreciation for bush walking.

These are the two Victorian hikes that I'd really like to do:

  1. Great Ocean Walk
  2. Falls Creek to Hotham

They're multi day so I'd probably need to invest in some gear to get it done.

Camping Mattress

On the weekend me and Emma slept on a crappy Kmart air mattress. It deflates within the first hour or so of sleeping. This sucks.

I think if we keep going camping together we should invest in a mattress that will last for the next 10 years.

This one seems really good and could be worth investing in.
