Listened to episode 506 of the Connected podcast today and they had an interesting conversation about Apple's new image generation technology.
This tech already exists with tools like DALL-E but what Apple is doing differently and arguably dangerously compared to these other tools is generating pictures of people in your photo library. People that you know.
I get the feeling this is going to be really bad in schools. Kids are dumb and they'll generate hurtful images of their classmates. This to me is a tool that's ripe for the picking for cyber bullying.
I personally haven't tested this product yet so I don't know how all of this plays out but I am concerned.
